Thursday to Saturday
The next three days includes drinking naturally squeezed fruit juices and veggie juices. You can decide among cucumber, apples, carrots, celeries, oranges, and others for your juices. You can also know a lot from liver detoxification juice recipes. You have to consume the same amount of water that you consumed during the first three days. You also can include rosemary tea for two or three times per day. You can also eat boiled veggies and consume broths anytime during the day.

Sunday
This is the final day  wherein you can consume fresh and steamed veggies and fruits. The sum of water and rosemary tea is still the same. Moreover, you need to take dandelion supplements in order to maintain the energy.

After surviving the seven consecutive days, it is advised not to return to your normal eating habits. The body is still not inured to returning back to your normal state and it has to adjust first. In addition, you do not want sicknesses to get you. That is why you have to take your time before you go back to your normal eating habits, hopefully healthy habits, and lessen caffeine and alcohol consumption as well.
